UX is about providing unique experiences to the user by becoming personal, empathizing with them, and understanding their fears, needs, and wants. Then they can feel a sense of belonging and appreciate your brand for what its do for them or help them do.

The tools to get to know the users include accessibility best practices, UX workshops, qualitative and quantitative research, field observations, task analysis, usability testing, A/B testing, competitor analysis, and stakeholder and user interviews. Personas, Empathy maps, customer journey maps, experience maps, and service blueprints.
